I, Desmond Morgan, am currently the CEO of all St. Vincent and the Grenadines Corporations and Assets and formerly the Chairman and CEO of Blue Skye Communications Ltd and former Chairman of the National Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
I write this letter to provide a reference for James McCorkle. He is a very dynamic and thoughtful business developer who has successfully implemented projects with my country St. Vincent and the Grenadines located in the Caribbean.
In 2003, James chose to set up Skye Technology in Kingstown, our capital city, in partnership with myself. We built his healthcare software which provided valuable technical training and support jobs to our citizens.
In 2004, after completing the software and with my assistance set up the first medical services training program funded by the government, which at its height trained and employed a total of 50 medical service providers. It was groundbreaking as it was the first program of its kind in the Caribbean and today has led to a successful job market for web based transcription that employs well over 500 citizens with middle to upper class incomes.
